Any foreign national beyond the age of 18 years needs to submit an expression of interest proforma available online via ARRIMA. Such an expression of interest profile is then assessed by the MIDI on the basis of information like:
Expression of interest guidelines for immigration to Quebec
An expression of interest is a profile of settlement made to the Quebec immigration department in response to the labour market forces.
Post this process, ARRIMA portal is available for updates from the candidates. To do so, one must possess a valid email address.
The Expression of interest lies valid for a period of 12 months. This time period can be used to update the requirements of the portal. Example qualifying for higher scores through language proficiency test.
